90-Day Free Trial
No charge during trial. Cancel anytime before trial ends — you will never be billed.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing month. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
One-Time Posts
Classified posts and Inquiries are non-refundable once the post goes live on the platform.
Free Trial Period
All new business listings on our Grand Opening offer receive 30 days free with no credit card required. You will only be charged after the trial period ends and you choose to continue. Cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
Monthly Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Annual Prepayment Refunds
If you have prepaid for 6 or 12 months and wish to cancel, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused complete months, minus a $5 processing fee. Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original payment.
Classified Post Fees
All classified post fees ($0.99 each) are non-refundable once the post is published. If a post is rejected by our moderation team before publishing, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Inquiry Upgrades
Featured ($0.99) and Super Featured ($2.99) Inquiry upgrades are non-refundable once the 7-day promotion period begins.
Exceptions
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures that prevented use of the service will always be refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
