1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using GeneralMerchandise.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — community members, business listing holders, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

GeneralMerchandise.com is an online business directory, classifieds marketplace, and community platform operated by Emuna Enterprises. The platform connects business owners with community members across multiple categories and cities.

3. Registration & Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each member is assigned a unique Member ID which also serves as their affiliate partner ID.

4. Business Listings

Business listings are subscription-based services starting at $0.99/month. All listings must represent legitimate businesses. Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate listings will be removed without refund. Admin reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

5. Community Posting Rules

All posts in Doostane Aziz Business Exchange groups must include a valid GeneralMerchandise.com profile link. Business posts without a profile link will be deleted. One free business post per month is included with each active business listing.

6. Pricing & Billing

All paid modules are billed at $0.99/month per module. Members who join during the 2026 Grand Opening period are grandfathered at $0.99/month for life. New members after December 31, 2026 will pay the then-current rate. 30-day free trials apply to Business Listings only.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Generally, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins. One-time classified post fees are non-refundable after the post goes live. Trial periods are free and require no payment.

8. Affiliate Program

The affiliate program is open to all registered members. Commissions are paid quarterly when the $10 minimum threshold is met. Diamond Affiliate status is granted solely at the discretion of Admin. Commission rates and tiers are subject to change with 30 days notice.

9. Business Verification

The Verified Business Badge requires submission of qualifying documentation. MORRIS (AI) performs an initial review. Final approval is granted by Admin or a designated administrator. The badge remains active only while the subscription is current.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post illegal content, spam, hate speech, sexual content, or profanity. Users may not create fake reviews or misrepresent their business. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on GeneralMerchandise.com, including design, logos, and platform features, is the property of Emuna Enterprises. Users retain ownership of their submitted listing content but grant GeneralMerchandise.com a license to display it on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

GeneralMerchandise.com is a directory platform. We do not guarantee the quality of any listed business. We are not responsible for transactions between members and listed businesses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
